[IRCA] unIDs 1220 bluegrass and 1540 black gospel

Heard just before local sunset tonight at Burnt River ON:

1220 with bluegrass and then "Down home with me..." and sentence ended with 
something sounding like "three home dog radio" or something like that. I 
have this on tape if anyone wants to listen.

1540 "Monday's Power Hour" mentioned - either the programming currently on 
or in a promo. Black gospel.

Both heard on my east-west wire. I'd have expected the 1540 to be Syracuse 
NY or Richmond VA given what else was in at this particular moment (PA NY MA 
VA) but their respective program schedule do not match up.
