[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 1-26-09

Listened from 1330-1445 utc and at first only a few carriers were heard and no audio.  But around 1420 utc I started to heard weak audio but lost all audio at 1435.
 
594  JOAK talk in JJ very poor at 1422.
648  Russia just above the noise level at 1423.
693  JOAB very poor at 1423.
774  JOUB fair at 1427 in JJ.
828  JOBB very poor at 1432.
