Listened from 1428-1530 utc.  Mornings are much better than earlier
this month for TP's.  A lot of splatter and noise, higher than normal
this morning.  Also snow on the ground.

189        RUSSIA, 1429 weak with man in Russian.
279        RUSSIA, 1448 Fair with music on second pass of morning.
558        JAPAN, JOCR 1440 weak with Japanese talk.
594        JAPAN, JOAK 1502 weak with Japanese.
603        REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA weak with talk.
648        RUSSIA, VoA 1436 fair with splatter.
657        DPR OF KOREA, 1433 good with music //3250. Splatter.
666        JAPANESE, 1516 weak with man in Japanese.
702        JAPAN, JOKD? 1443 threshold audio at times.
774        JAPAN, JOUB 1428 fair with a lot of splatter with English 
              conversation lesson.
828        JAPAN, JOBB 1444 weak to fair with above program.
              Fair at 1503.
1566      RFEPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ good carrier weak audio
              To weak to make out language.  Chinese (PAL)  Good at
              1529 with Chinese.
1575      THAILAND, VOA 1453 weak with bits of audio.
