Listened from 1427-1500 utc.  Did anyone noticed the open
carrier on 1575 from 1447-1501?  Weak audio underneath.
TP conditions here down from yesterday.

189      RUSSIA, 1428 good signal with jazz music.
279      RUSSIA, 1443 weak with music.
594      JAPAN, JOAK 1429 fair with woman in Japanese.
648      RUSSIA, VoR 1431 fair with some splatter.
657      PDR OF KOREA, 1432 weak with music //3320.
693      JAPAN, JOAB 1434 fair to almost good signal with
            a little splatter.  
774      JAPAN, JOUB good at 1427 with above lessons.
828      JAPAN, JOBB 1440 good with beginning of 15 minute
            English conversation language lessons.  
1134    JAPAN, JOQR 1442 could be the station with weak talk
            and local splatter.
1566    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ  1446 good carrier weak audio
            with woman singing.
1575    THAILAND, VOA 1447 Strong open carrier? weak audio 
            underneath.  (Radio Farda?)
1584    UNKNOWN, carrier, just shy of audio.  Never any audio heard
            on this splatter free channel here.  Seems like Asian graveyard
            channel.
