Listened from 1311-1538 utc.   Very surprised with the good
TP conditions following the great TA conditions last night.
Japanese stations ruled the channels this morning. By far the
best TP conditions this month.

180     RUSSIA, 1317 Radio Rossii fair with music.
189     RUSSIA, 1317 Radio Rossii fair with man in Russian.
234     RUSSIA, 1316 Radio Rossii fair with man in Russian.
279     RUSSIA, 1318 Radio Rossii very weak with music.
           Fair at 1432 with woman in Russian.
558     JAPAN, JOCR 1431 fair at times with man singing. Domestic
           splatter.
594     JAPAN, JOAK 1315 weak with man in Japanese.
603     REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA 1529 fair carrier, but
           very weak audio.
639     CHINA, CRN1 1532 weak and //5030. Nice clear channel
           with KFI fading out.
648     RUSSIA, VoR 1334 weak to fair with music.
666     JAPAN, JOBK 1433 weak with man in Japanese.
693     JAPAN, JOAB 1525 good at 1526 with Japanese.
774     JAPAN, JOUB 1311 fair with man in Japanese.
828     JAPAN, JOBB 1312 good with man in Japanese.
873     JAPAN, JOGB 1538 weak with talk.
1386   JAPAN, JO?? 1505 one of the four NHK2.  Fair signal
           and better than JOUB 774 at the time.
1422   JAPAN, JORF 1503 weak with man in Japanese.
1431   UNKNOWN, 1518 near threshold audio, with domestic
           splatter.
1467   UNKNOWN, 1502 threshold audio, Japan or Korea?       
1503   JAPAN, JOUK 1514 fair with man in Japanese.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1339 good carrier weak
           low audio.  Religious music.
1575   THAILAND, VOA 1344 weak with man in Asian language.
           1523 still weak.
