Thanks for IDing the language as Russian. My guess was Serbia
with the 1,000 kw. At 0400 they play "slot machine" type music.
Heard this tune throughout the news.
The station is as strong as HLAZ 1566.

Dennis, this was a Russian speaker without a doubt. Unfortunately, it
faded
down before the TOH at 04:00. Just for fun, I recorded the entire MW and
LW
spectrum with Perseus from 03:58....another few nights of
deciphering I recon! I'm thinking that the 1413 is much more likely
Moldova....500 kW listed, but my EMWG is obviously not current......Walt.
