Hey Russ:
I don't have one, bheck out Gerry Thomas' review (he of Quantum Loop fame)
of the Palstar, where he compares it with a Drake R8 and NRD-535. On a
test with a 590 khz/591 khz situation, the R30 did pretty well.

I don't know how many of you might have one of these, but I'm wondering
how they preform in terms of selectivity near a strong signal. Can it
separate a 1 kHz split with readable audio adjacent to a reasonably
strong
signal ? ( I realize with a very strong local, it's a separate case,
requiring nulling of some sort.
