[IRCA] correction HLAZ 250 kw TP's for 01-15-09

Forgot I heard HLAZ 1566, at  250 kw.

Good Morning:

Listened from 1356 to 1457.   MW TP's had to have 1 million watts 
to be heard in Salmon Creek, WA this morning.  The Japanese 
stations were just weak carriers.

1566       REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1424 very weak audio.
1575       THAILAND, VOA 1422 faint audio at times.  Weak at
                 1449 with man in Asian language.
