[IRCA] Latest batch of ULR logs
I finally got a bit of free time to DX after getting settled in from
last weekends move to a new QTH. All of the 1/12 and 1/13 logs are with
the E100 Slider with a Quantum QX-Pro loop.
Unfortunately, when going over my logbook I discovered a typo: KCNZ is
IA not ID! Doh. That knocked me back down to 24 states, but this batch
of logs added 3 new ones bringing me back up to 27: MA, UT and WY. 3
more to go for the 30 state award!
