Re: [IRCA] Open Carrier on 740 KHz

I am able to receive it fairly clearly here in SE PA when I null CHWO in
Toronto. It could be WNYH in Huntington, LI, NY stuck on 25kw with no
program feed. Normally they drop to 43 watts at night. Their daytime
pattern scoots right down the east coast.

When I rotate the antenna to maximize the quiet carrier, it looks by the
direction like it could be coming from Long Island, but I can't be sure.
The quiet carrier seems to be roughly at a 75 to 90 degree arc from CHWO
when seen from my location.

IRCA Crew,

Does anybody know of a CP for SC, NC,
VA, WV, TN that might testing on 740-kHz.

Please direct me to the FCC's AM Query
Database.
