[IRCA] Your best logging of 2008?
My favorite loggings of 2008 were Kaliningrad-1215 on 11/2 and Slovenia-918 on 11/11. Both new countries raising total heard from Mass to 98. Also, XEPE-1700 Tecate, Baja California on 12/10. Are these the correct call letters or did they change?
