says Korean between  1900 and 1100 UT....but the coverage area includes Taiwan and China, so I wonder if they're using the Chinese directional antenna at that time (that also delivers little power to Hawaii, even with the full 250kw claimed by the website).  The transmission time period includes daytime there as well though, and there is some confusion due to overlapping schedules on that website. Therefore nothing is completely certain yet.

Again, anybody else with better knowledge ?
