[IRCA] hardly any TP for 22 Dec from Victoria, BC

This morning seemed have been a bit of a dog, propagationally speaking.  Listened from 1430 to after 1600UT, mostly just stopping by occasionally to see if anything had improved, but no.  Everything was pretty erratic, so it's possible something cropped up briefly when I wasn't listening, but the following will give an idea:



pretty darn good audio (at least briefly): 

none

reasonable audio  at  times during the period (though often battling w/splash or noise): 

648 //5930 at 1452UT
774 JOUB 
828 JOBB
1575 Thailand, woman talking 1608UT, not noted before


not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 

594 JOAK
702 NHK2 synchros //774 at 1536UT
972 HLCA , big carrier
1566 HLAZ, usual big carrier




Burbles in the splatter and noise:

747 JOIB 
1134 
1422 noted weak mx at 1610, not noted earlier


Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):  639, 738 (DU)
