[IRCA] WPVS 690 Ridgefield, WA

WPVS 690 Ridgefield, WA 530 kHz is
repeating a 5 second loop "You are listening
WPVS 690, broadcasting on 530 AM".
Usually they broadcast I-5 traffic alerts or
NOAA weather reports. Portland International
airport can be heard underneath.
