in this early.  No sign of HLAZ 1566 or VOA 1575.

153       RUSSIA, 1112 weak steady signal with man in Russian.
180       RUSSIA, 1112 weak signal with above program.
189       RUSSIA, 1113 just above threshold level audio.
234       RUSSIA, 1116 just below threshold level.
279       RUSSIA, 1117 fair to good signal with man in Russian.
774       JAPAN, JOUB 1118 fair at times with a lot of splatter.
828       JAPAN, JOBB 1119 fair with some splatter.
1593     CHINA, CRN1 1218 weak to fair at times with music
             and Chinese talk.  //5030
