Well, 30 minutes after your report, Steve, 999 is the only one with audio....a lady speaking rapidly in a Slavic sounding language. 1215, 1134 and 1566 are just carriers.
Walt's heard Benin-1566 on the Charlottes I believe, so may be possible further south.
