Listened off and on between 1210-1510 utc. Lower channels
much better again than the upper channels.  Russia on 648
has really improved it's signal from past seasons.
* heard on modified eton e100.

153      RUSSIA, 1420 weak with woman in Russian.
279      RUSSIA, 1420 good with music.
567      JAPAN, JOIK 1441 weak with man in Japanese.
594      JAPAN, JOAK 1422 weak with Japanese talk.
639      CHINA, CRN1 1444 weak with man in Chinese. // 5030.
648*    RUSSIA, VoR 1424 man singing in Russian.
657      DPR OF KOREA, 1445 weak with music.// 3250.
774*    JAPAN, JOUB 1210 good with English lessons.
828      JAPAN, JOBB 1225 weak with man in Japanese.
1566    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1428 good carrier weak
            audio with music.
