[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 5 Dec 2008

   My listening period this morning was very similar to that of Dennis,
from 1400 to 1510.  TP conditions, while not top notch, were certainly
decent, so I was quite surprised when I checked WWV and found the K
index was 5.
   The big gun Japanese were all in nicely, though 594, 693, and 747 all
faded out for short periods.  Also noted some weak audio from the
second tier of Japanese on 1134, 1179, and 1242.   Korea was good on
972, and also noted Korea on 711 and 1566.  China on 945 was quite good
at times, and also noted audio on 1044 and 1206, though the latter
didn't come up until after 1500.  The Russian on 648 was also in,
though only fair at best.   Probably the best TPs I've ever had with
the K that high.
