This station has a "HISTORY" of not using night power, and when in Gastonia, received a hefty fine. Did it stop them? NO. And the Norfolk FCC office is very slow to do anything even if the violation of overpower is VERY flagrant.  A friend of mine with a 1370 in NE Georgia screamed at the FCC for most of a year before they could get Norfolk to do ANYthing.
