[IRCA] New eton e100

Good Morning:
Received a new eton e100 today from Steve Ratzlaff. My old one had problems
and Steve switched filters into a e100 supplied by Gary DeBock. Thanks Gary.
At 0701 utc I was able to hear JOUB 774 Japan on this e100 receiver. Using the
NW ewe Japanese talk was heard. That filter is great, now JOUB is at level 7.5 and
very little splatter. The Palstar tuner and modified e100 are a great combination.
