[IRCA] TP for 15 Nov from Victoria, BC

Didn't get up until 1500UT today, and conditions were erratic.  Nothing was particularly strong for more than 20 or 30 seconds at a time,  and those that could be ID'd weren't earth shattering

pretty darn good audio (at least briefly): 
774 JOUB at 1515UT


reasonable audios (though often battling w/splash or noise): 
594 JJ at 1510UT
828 JOBB various times
972 HLCA at 1509UT
 
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:  
567 JOIK  at 1517UT //594
747 JOIB //774 various times
873 JOGB //828 various times
945 CNR1 //5030 several times
1287 presumed Sapporo

Burbles in the splatter and noise (all Asiatic):

558 JOCR?
639 seemed to be CNR1
666 likely NHK1
738 Taiwan?
918 likely China
954 likely Japan
963 CRI //1323
1134 likely Japan; not //972
1278 
1323 CRI
1377 not NHK2, but didn't seem CNR1 either
1386 not NHK2
1503 with a SAH
1566 big carrier of course
1575



Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 1098, looped towards Marshalls
