[IRCA] not much TA on the west coast by now, but here come the TPs

Didn't get to the radio until late (now back in Victoria), but Absolute R. was still showing occasional audio at 0610 and 0618 UTC.  By this time, a good carrier had appeared on 1287  from Japan, though with nearly imaginary audio.  747 popped up a few minutes later, also from Sapporo, and could hear rather excited talk in the splatter.  774 followed in parallel at 0625.   Good TA carrier on 1323, though no audio at this time.


Now, to hear Euro and Asian audio on the same channel (last done here in the late 70s I think, with UK and Asiatic Russia trading places on 647 kHz...?)
