Good morning Bill and everyone else on this list,
About two weeks ago, the ARRL ran a short article about this, the link at:
http://www.arrl.org/?artid=8544
They are requesting reception reports, and while there was no mention of it,
I think they should offer QSLs.
I'll try to log a couple of them right after I make some coffee....
