Listened from 1218-1300 utc.  Conditions on the lower channels were
much better than the upper channels with the exception of HLAZ 1566.
153      RUSSIA, R.Rossii 1234 very weak in Russian. 
180      RUSSIA, R. Rossii 1231 fair in Russian.
189      RUSSIA, R. Rossii 1230 fair in Russian.
234      RUSSIA R. Rossii 1233 weak in Russian.
279      RUSSIA, R. Rossii 1228 good with two men in Russian.
558      JAPAN, JOCR 1235 weak-fair with woman in Japanese.
594      JAPAN, JOAK  1236 fair-good with man in  Japanese.
648      RUSSIA, 1267 fair with music and a fair amount of splatter.
657      DPR OF KOREA, 1238 fair-good, better than // 3320 with
            woman singing in Korean.
693     JAPAN, JOAB 1241 fair with a lot of splatter.
729     JAPAN, JOCK 1244 weak but steady signal with some 730 splatter.
774     JAPAN, JOUB 1223 excellent signal with woman & man in Russian.
828     JAPAN, JOBB 1224 good signal with above programming. 
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1258 fair to good with woman in
           Japanese.
