[IRCA] TPs for 23Oct08: Poor conditions continue
Monitored from 13:35. Conditions are pretty poor with mostly threshold audios on 18 channels and more useable audio on 639 (Fiji....improving as I type this at 14:15 at 7+ level), 747 and 774 (7 to 8 with NHK2), 963 and 972 (at 7), 1017 with CRI fanfare at 14:00 at 7, 1566 at 7. Boy, things are pretty grim! No report for the next several days as I'll be in Vancouver. Hope things are better elsewhere!.......Walt.
