[IRCA] Puyallup, WA TP's for 10-20

Good Morning,
 
     The slide back to mediocrity continued here, with  conditions a little 
down from yesterday (low average at best).  The 594,  657, 747, 774, 828 and 
972 powerhouses had audio, but very little else.   The solar activity must be 
continuing-- hopefully not another one-week  meltdown.
