[IRCA] WRVC-930
930 WRVC WV HUNTINGTON 0240

Have been listening to 930Kc for over two hours. I thought that the ESPN
station was from Jacksonville, FL. The ID from this station popped out of
the noise at 0240, "ESPN 930, WRVC." Then back into ESPN programming. The
signal is on about a S-4 to 5 and lots of QSB. [WM-TN]
