[IRCA] Victoria TP's for 10-12-08 Not.

Is today worse than yesterday? Hard to say.
Sunrise is still a few minutes away.
Tuned in at 1350 and heard a pretty solid
Japan on 594 as I tuned up the dial...
and that was it.
Island music briefly on 639 at 1405.
Burbles and gurgles on 747, 774 and occasionally 567
but nothing resembling intelligence.

I am looking forward to hearing about what
other people did or did not hear.
