[IRCA] Victoria TP's for 10-11-08 pre-sunrise
Have been at the dials since 1230 UTC -- pretty grim.
Brief audio on 567 and then nothing for about 15 minutes...
774 Japan good on peaks - and hets on about a dozen other
channels; burbles on 738, 747, 828...
Have been chasing Alaskan's but the lack of SQM on 529 is
not a really good sign.
