Listened from 1155-1415 utc.  Another good morning, but not
as good as previous two mornings here.

153      RUSSIA, 1155 weak with man in Russian.  Good at 1249.
180      RUSSIA, 1158 fair with woman singing.  Good 1249
189      RUSSIA, 1159-1200 two Radio Rossii IDs before pips, fair signal.
            Good 1250.
234      RUSSIA, 1201 fair with man in Russian.
279      RUSSIA, 1202 good signal (8.5) with man reading news in Russian.
558      JAPAN, JOCR 1204 weak with woman in Japanese.
567      JAPAN, JOIK 1205 fair with man in Japanese with a lot of splatter.
576      RUSSIA, 1212 fair then faded out.
585      UNKNOWN, 1214 fair for a few minutes then faded.  Not JOPG
            as programming did not match up against JOAK NHK1. Man in
            Asian language.
594      JAPAN, JOAK 1222 good signal with man in Japanese.
603      REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA weak on the 3 scan of band. Woman
            in Korean.
648      RUSSIA, 1252 fair with woman in Korean.  Good at 1311, splatter.
657      DPR KOREA, good signal (8) with man in Korean.  Never heard 
            this station sounding this strong.
666      JAPAN, JOBK 1254 fair with woman/man in Japanese.
675      VIETNAM, 1313 just a level 4 carrier.  Hard to catch this one
            from this location.
693      JAPAN, JOAB 1226 weak with a lot of splatter with man in Japanese.
            Good at 1255 on second scan of the band.
702      CHINA, 1315 weak with man in Chinese.  
729      UNKNOWN, 1316 just at threshold audio, but BC traffic station (730)
            wipes out channel.
774      JAPAN, JOUB 1230 Good.  Beginning of English lessons.
828      JAPAN, JOBB 1231 weak with English lessons.  Good at 1303.
864      UNKNOWN 1319 nice carrier, but local KPAM 860 wipes out channel.
873      JAPAN, JOGB 1320 weak signal as usual.
1017   JAPAN, JOLB 1236 fair at times with man in Japanese.
1053   JAPAN, JOAR 1239 weak with man in Japanese.  Jammer can be
           heard underneath.
1071   JAPAN, JOFR 1241 weak and covered with KNX splatter.  Woman in
           Japanese.
1089   CHINA? 1405 weak with woman in Chinese? much splatter from 1090.
1134   CHINA, CRN1 1400 very weak, just the pips heard at TOH.
1206   CHINA, 1356 man in Asian language, weak to fair.  KEX IBOC interference.
1278   JAPAN, JOFR 1253 weak with woman in Japanese.
1287   JAPAN, JOHR 1306 weak with man in Japanese.
1323   CHINA, 1349 woman in Asian language. Fair at times.
1377   CHINA, CRN1 1346 weak with woman in Chinese.
1458   UNKNOWN, 1334-1345 same as yesterday morning.  Woman in
           Asian language, weak signal, in and out.  Japan or Philippines? Recorded.
1566   REUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1245 low audio, strong signal with woman
           Japanese.
1575   THAILAND, VOA 1308 fair (7) with man in Asian language.
1593   CHINA, 1325 weak with woman in Chinese.
