[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 8 Oct 2008

Given the good solar indices this morning was certainly a disappointment. 
 Lackluster, the word Walt used, was certainly a good description. 
Virtually all signals were down on yesterday.  Unlike Walt's experience,
it was about an even split here between TPs and DUs.  On the TP side only
the big Japanese stations (plus the one on 1287) produced audio, and none
as strong as yesterday.  On the DU side 4BC on 1116 was doing much better
than yesterday, and ranked as the strongest.   Also some good audio on
738, which was been quite consistent this season, and a few minutes of
good audio from 4TAB on 891.  Other than that just weak audio on 792, 855,
and 1548.
