[IRCA] West Coast TA again, Sat. nite

Not as good for TA MW reception tonight, only 1134 heard with poor audio 
despite strong het at 0343. But LWBC was a little better, especially 189 
Iceland with a solid 8-8.5 level for about 20 minutes, playing oldies R&R. 
Bob Dylan with "Everybody must get stoned" was particularly good at 0332 
utc. Others were 153 poor, 162 poor/weak, 171 very poor, 177 poor/weak, 183 
weak, 198 poor/weak, 207 poor, 234 poor, 252 very poor.
530 Cuba with EZL music was good at times, in the moderate static and heavy 
fading. 529 LYQ beacon with same fading but reaching loud (relative 9-9.5 
level) on peaks.
