Critical hours is from sunrise 2 hours after and from 2 hours before to
sunset.

Just because a station is a daytimer and they are a broadcaster of sports
game won't stop them from being on late.
Nothing to be confused about, they're cheating and just hoping they don't
get caught. That simple
