Good Morning:

Listen from 1145-1300 utc.  With the exception of JOUB 774,
the Japanese stations are weaker than years past at this
location.  

153        Russia, fair at 1145 with man in Russian.

180        Russia, very weak with just pips at 1200
              making it through.

189        Russia, level 7 with a little noise at 1204.
              The Radio Rossii program music was heard.

234        Russia, just threshold level at 1210.

279        Russia, just a level 5 carrier, this channel seems
              much weaker than in pass seasons?

774       Japan, JOUB fair at 1215 with English and much
             splatter at times.

1053     Korea's+Japan, a mess a 1215 weak audio and traces
             of jammer along with some splatter.

1566     Republic of Korea,  1244 good with two men in Japanese,

1575     Thailand, VOA 1217 fair signal woman in Asian language.
             Better signal, moreconsistentt than in previous years.
1593     China, bits of audio at 1227, much domestic splatter.
