[IRCA] KICY 850 Vacaville

Rich, 

Nice going with KICY 850.  The only time I have heard them in Washington
was from Grayland.  That was a good morning, Craig heard about 21 Alaska
stations that night & morning.

I have them QSL from a late 60's reception from San Pablo, CA
I lived in Vacaville for 12 years,  but was not Dxing at the time.
