The ARRL Contester's Rate Sheet by Ward Silver N0AX mentions the following:

The National Radio Club's Web site is full of interesting articles and 
reports, particularly for low-band operators. For example, the original 
paper on Beverage antennas resides in the Articles section. They have an 
extensive array of publications for sale, as well. Until the sunspots
