Good Morning:

Listened on the R-30 cc this morning with the HPAW whip.  With lighting in the
area, did not want to raise the ewe. Around 1206 utc  JOUB 774 was heard with a fair signal,  Russian LW were in, but weaker than yesterday morning.  Nothing heard on the upper channels.
