Listened from 1216-1300 utc.  Much improved from yesterday morning.  A few
DU carriers on DU channels, but no audio heard.

153        Russia, Radio Rossii fair with music at 1219.

180        Russia, Radio Rossii very weak 1220.

189        Russia, Radio Rossii weak 1221.

279        Russia, Radio Rossii faint signal at 1221.

774        Japan, JOUB 1238 from weak to fair in a few minutes with language lessons
              and a lot of splatter.

1566      Republic of Korea, HLAZ weak briefly at 1233 with woman in Asian language.
              Fair at 1246 with man in Asian language.

Carrier levels:

6)           1575  few words at 1224.
