[IRCA] TPs for 7August 1566 impressive!
Monitored between 12:27 and 12:53. A fair number of weak audios only, except for 1566 which was an honest 9 at 12:36 tune-in and excellent modulation again....perhaps something was fixed at the tx site? Anyway, here are the audios, 6 unless otherwise noted:

747: a 7 early....NHK2. This morning the only NHK2 audible with any kind of signal, so paralleling John's observation as the strongest heard.
774: (late, so likely DU at 12:49)

1098: Whopping carrier at 12:40

1512 (late)
1557: First appearance of WYFR at 12:44 with a 6 to 7 signal
1566: 9
1575: VOA with a 6 to 7
That's it from Victoria.....normal pattern it seems....Asians earlier, and DU (very modest) later............Walt.
