Just a reminder about a great free tool that's out there - fccinfo.com provides a super-easy search of the FCC database. I entered "Bandon OR" in the "Search by community of license box," checked "AM" and clicked search, and there was all the info you'd ever want to know - licensee's name and contact info, power levels, DA pattern, CP status, etc.
I probably use the thing a couple of dozen times every day, and that's on a slow day.
