[IRCA] IRCA problems?

IRCA was surprisingly quiet yesterday, and especially relating to TP reception.  This morning I got an email stating that my report from yesterday was undeliverable:

Your message has been enqueued and undeliverable for 1 day
to the following recipients:

  Recipient address: irca@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
  Reason: unable to deliver this message after 1 day
