[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Sunday

Overall poor today. Several with DU audio, but nothing rose to decent level, 
though lots of hets from top to bottom. 891 and 738 with DU audio, both to 
very poor/poor 6.5 level. 594, 702, 774, 1116 DU audio to very poor/6 level. 
1098 at 9 level het; 1017, 909, 621, 648, 1107 hets at 4-5 level.
No sign of even weak het on 2368.5 though the other 3 50kW stations were 
only at weak level this morning.
