[IRCA] TP for 19June08 Poor

Listened this morning between 12:00 and 12:15 and conditions appeared worse than yesterday.  Still lots of hets, but the vast majority were 2s and 3s.
Here's a list of the stronger ones:

4:  639, 756, 1476, 1566
5:  612, 738, 747, 774, 783 (stronger), 1098 (quite strong OC), 1503
6:  855      .....the only very weak audio
