What serious issues are you wondering about? These three stations have operated this way for about 10 years and it works out quite well. Their local and regional coverage during the day is fine and they are all happy with it. Their CE is one of the best I've ever met. None is more than 1 KW. About 15 years ago I got the nickel tour when only KIST was diplexing off KBKO (KDB at the time).

Bob Wien says KIST and KDB were heard regularly in San Jose before the diplexing. After that they were seldom heard. All that's messed up is the DX and they don't care about that. I'm just one mile away so there are two graveyard frequencies I can't DX on. For a picture and story see the last part of:

How in the world do KBKO, KZSB and KIST triplex and not cause serious
issues? 50Khz is way too close to be diplexing.
