[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Monday
Poor this morning. 855 and 1116 reached occasional very poor audio (6). 891
the best with very poor/poor (6.5) audio--all DU. 1151-1213 utc, everything
mostly gone by 1215 utc; 891 a short fadeup again at 1220 then gone.
LWBC Far East Russians also poor, 279 very poor at 1113 utc; traces of 180.
