[IRCA] WBUR-1240 MA
My local, WBUR-AM-1240 West Yarmouth, MA is OFF THE AIR this morning at 0830 EDT. Not sure how long this has been going on as I only check the frequency once or twice a week. In its absence, WOON-1240 Woonsocket, RI is loud & clear with Polka misic, soft pops, and local ads. The "parent" station, WBUR-90.9 Boston is on. I wonder if WBUR-AM-1240 is preparing to turn its IBOC back on. It has been off for a couple of months.
Scott Fybush: do you have any info on this? I know that you know the WBUR Engineer.
