Yeah that's what I meant... .1450.

If 1450 was moving to 1150 officially, they would've filed a modification
for that license, b ut they didn't.. so it's officially a new station.

However, there's nothing to sotp them from moving 1450's format to 1140 if
1140 gets granted and putting a new format on 1450.
