Chris,

The cost issue with power companies have always been the excuse. The FCC
should act on complaints from a radio station and force the power
company to clean the noise issue up. My take on it, if the power company
cannot afford up keep then they should not be in business. It isn't
KDUN's fault the noise is there. The "old" FCC would have acted on it.
In this case, it may court action to get the local PUD to fix the
problem.
