[IRCA] TP's for May 13
A bit better this morning, but not much sign of down under signals, at least from 1150 to 1205UTC
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly): none
reasonable audios (though often battling w/splash): 747 (NHK2)....pretty briefly
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 774 (NHK2)
Burbles in the splatter and noise: 279, 828 (NHK2), 972...direction indicated Korea
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 1053 (no direction possible, but practically everything else was Asian), 1098 DU; 1287 presumed Japan, 1566 likely Korea
