[IRCA] Help with unidentified on 1570

Thanks to Paul for the tip on the unidentified station on 1570 .

After I had posted the last message, I finally did hear a top of the hour ID on the station mixing with CFAV which sounded like it had TL for the last two letters of the call. Only one I could find matching that would be WVTL in Amsterdam, New York which at night only puts out a whopping 204 watts it says.

Anything's possible i guess ! I Will try and listen for it again.

The signal from it last night was strong enough to be heard also on my ultralight at times ! Of course , at TOH times not as clear !

  Thanks again Paul
